Bahan:
100 g buah aprikot kering, potong melintang 3 bagian
100 g buah prune kering, potong diagonal 4 bagian
100 g buah fig kering, potong diagonal 8 bagian *)
50 g kismis
500 ml air untuk merebus
3 tetes essens mawar
25 g almond keping, panggang

Cara membuat:
- Rebus buah kering dalam air hingga lunak, masukkan essens mawar, aduk rata. Angkat.
- Taburi almond keping, sajikan.

Untuk 6 porsi
Kalori per porsi:140

*) Buah fig kering merupakan buah khas dari wilayah Mediterania. Bentuknya bulat de­ngan warna yang hitam kemerahan. Selalu dijual dalam keadaan kering di pasar swalayan.
