Siapkan :
- 1 bks Bumbu PAZAR RENDANG PADANG
- 1000 ml santan
- 750 gr daging dipotong ukuran 5 cm x 5 cm x 2 cm
Tambahan :
- 1 lembar daun kunyit
- 3 lembar daun jeruk
Caranya :
1. Potong-potong daging menurut selera.
2. Masukkan daging, santan dan Bumbu PAZAR RENDANG PADANG kedalam panci lalu didihkan.
3. Masukkan daun kunyit, daun jeruk lalu aduk-aduk.
4. Kecilkan apinya lalu masak dengan api kecil, aduk sekali-kali hingga airnya kering dan daging empuk.
5. Aduk-aduk terus, jika daging belum empuk tambahkan santan atau air lalu masak lagi hingga empuk.
RENDANG SEASONING
Prepare :
- 1 pack PAZAR RENDANG SEASONING
- 1000 ml coconut milk
- 750 gr beef cut into 2” x 2” x 1”
Additional :
- 1 pc turmeric leaf
- 3 pcs lime leaf
How To Cook :
1. Cut meat into cube.
2. Boil meat together with coconut milk and PAZAR RENDANG SEASONING in a medium size pot.
3.Add turmeric leaf, lime leaves and stir.
4. Simmer until the sauce thickens and stir occasionally until beef is tender.
6. Stir if meat not yet tender and add coconut milk or water and cook again.
