Double cranberry scones

While baking, the aroma of these scones will have people flocking to your kitchen. We’ve spiced our scones, packed them with two different kinds of cranberries, and added a subtle orange undertone. These are bursting with flavor

1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C, or gas mark 5). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.

2. Whisk together the flours, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt. Stir in the dried and fresh cranberries.

3. Whisk together the milk, vinegar, Sucanat, yogurt, oil, zest, and vanilla in a small bowl. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir to combine. Do not overmix. Spoon a scant 1⁄2 cup (105 g) of dough onto the baking sheet. Repeat with the remaining dough, placing the scones 3 inches (7.5 cm) apart. Bake for 15 to 18 minutes, until golden. Cool on a wire rack.
